LEADERSHIP JOURNEY

For more than 15 years, I worked as a leader in organisations. I saw firsthand how challenging leadership can be: misalignment, lack of vision, unhealthy work cultures. I also saw the cost - talented people feeling stuck, uninspired, or burned out.

That is when I realised the missing piece: leadership grounded in values. When leaders know what they stand for and lead from that place, they inspire trust, clarity, and sustainable growth.

Today, that same belief shapes my work with entrepreneurs. I see it again and again: competent, capable people staying stuck - not from lack of skill or ideas, but because limiting beliefs keep them waiting instead of acting. My work is helping them break that pattern - get clear on what they truly want, act instead of stay stuck, and build a business, and a life, they actually look forward to waking up to.

MY STORY

Leadership has always been part of my life. Long before I started coaching Leaders and Entrepreneurs, I was leading in the stables. Working with horses taught me lessons no classroom ever could - lessons about Trust, Patience, Courage, Goals, and the Power of Clear Communication.

From a young age, I found myself guiding riders, developing young horses, and competing in disciplines such as show jumping, dressage, and cross-country. The stable became my first leadership arena. I learned that true leadership is not about control - it is about Partnership, Clarity, and Building Trust so others (whether horses or people) can thrive.

When I am not coaching, you will often find me outdoors or at the stables and I love to travel and see new places. Family, horses, nature, and reflection are my grounding forces - and they shape the way I live and coach today.

I believe Self-Leadership is not just about the role you play at work.

It is about Who You Are, How You Show Up, and the Legacy You Leave Behind.

I created EVOLVE by Angelica because I believe strategy alone was never the missing piece - self-leadership was.

Today, I help entrepreneurs get so clear and aligned in how they lead themselves that they can finally build the business and life they truly want - not the one they think they're supposed to want. For leaders, that same clarity ripples out: how you lead yourself becomes how your team experiences you.

It's not about titles. It's about being Authentic, Empowered, and Proud of the impact you create.
